Reports
Llais encourages and supports people to have a voice in the design, planning and delivery of NHS and social care services.
Share your feedback with us to let us know your experiences, and how you feel NHS and care services are getting on. Your feedback will help make a difference.
Our national reports set out what we have heard and what people think about services across Wales.
They WILL be about the things you have told us matter to you.
From 1 April 2023 Llais replaced the seven Community Health Councils who have represented the interests of people in the NHS in Wales for almost 50 years.
Making a complaint about us
We recognise that we may not always get things right. If this happens, it is important that you tell us about it as soon as possible. We can deal with complaints about how we carry out our activities, including complaints about our staff or people working on our behalf.
You may wish to fill in this form to tell us about your complaint.
Llais Annual Report and Accounts 2022-23
The Annual Report and Accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Welsh Government Accounts Direction and the 2022-23 Government Financial Reporting Manual (FreM). The Accounts Direction for 2022/23 included reduced reporting and disclosure requirements reflecting that Llais was not operational in 2022/23.
Our Plans & Priorities - October 2023 - March 2024
We started our work on 1 April 2023. We replaced the 7 Community Health Councils in Wales and the Board of Community Health Councils in Wales, and we picked up the things that the Community Health Councils were working on.
We have been continuing to support people and communities through our
engagement, involvement with service changes and our complaints advocacy
service. At the same time, we have been learning how to do things in ways that will support our duties and responsibilities, as one independent body.
