Reports
Llais encourages and supports people to have a voice in the design, planning and delivery of NHS and social care services.
Share your feedback with us to let us know your experiences, and how you feel NHS and care services are getting on. Your feedback will help make a difference.
Our national reports set out what we have heard and what people think about services across Wales.
They WILL be about the things you have told us matter to you.
From 1 April 2023 Llais replaced the seven Community Health Councils who have represented the interests of people in the NHS in Wales for almost 50 years.
Our Role When Health and Social Care Suggest Changes to Services
We make sure your voice is heard when the NHS and social care want to make changes to services, too. They need to make sure they tell us when they are planning changes and they must involve you, the public, when they plan, develop and design services.
Volunteer Handbook
Please take the time to read the handbook and come back to it when needed. It tells you who we are, what we do, and sets out the policies and processes we have in place to support and protect you and others.
Llais Annual Plan 2024-2025
Our first year has been about listening, learning and working with others to understand what you want and need from your health and social care services.
We set out our plans for our first year in our 100-day plan and Our Plans and Priorities (Oct 2023 -March 2024). We will be reporting more detail on how this went in our Annual Report later this year.
We had a lot to do to make sure we got the basics right to help us support you, form new partnerships, and to be an independently run organisation. This will continue into 2024, and 2025. We also know how important it is that you see, and feel, our impact. So, we have made sure we thought about how to do this more our Annual Plan for 2024-2025.
