Reports
Llais encourages and supports people to have a voice in the design, planning and delivery of NHS and social care services.
Share your feedback with us to let us know your experiences, and how you feel NHS and care services are getting on. Your feedback will help make a difference.
Our national reports set out what we have heard and what people think about services across Wales.
They WILL be about the things you have told us matter to you.
From 1 April 2023 Llais replaced the seven Community Health Councils who have represented the interests of people in the NHS in Wales for almost 50 years.
Our Behaviour Framework
This framework defines how we can all contribute to the success of our organisation and to our own successes as individuals and as a team. Adopting and embracing these behaviours will help to achieve our vision of a health and social care system where people get the services they need in a way that works best for them.
Llais Standing Financial Instructions
These Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs) detail the financial responsibilities which apply to everyone working for Llais. They do not provide detailed procedural advice and should be read in conjunction with the detailed departmental and financial control procedure notes.
Llais Standing Orders
The Llais Standing Orders, have been made by the Board. These Standing Orders shall, where applicable, be read and interpreted together with the organisation’s statutory powers and functions.
Llais Schedule of Matters Reserved
This Schedule lists the matters that are reserved for decision-making by the Board of Llais. The Board sets the strategy, and provides scrutiny, oversight and governance across all the work of Llais. It holds the executive team and Tîm Arwain (the senior leadership team) to account on delivering the aims, objectives and priorities to meet the requirements set out in the Health and Social Care (Quality and Engagement) (Wales) Act 2020 and the organisation’s wider public duties.
