Llais Communications Strategy 2024-27

REPORT 15 August 2024

As your voice in health and social care, how, when and where we communicate our work matters.

We want our communication to be purposeful, relevant, timely, informative, engaging, and impactful. We want to amplify the voices of the people of Wales in how we communicate what we do.

We want to make sure we are trauma-informed in our communication. This means we will be thoughtful, kind, and understanding when communicating with people, recognising that what we talk about may bring up difficult feelings and experiences for them, which might affect how they talk or react.
