Help us improve Same Day Urgent Care services

Llais is an independent body that was set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales a stronger voice in their health and social care services.

We want to hear about your experience of accessing urgent same day care to understand what is working well and what isn’t.

We will use what you tell us to feed back to the Health Board and decision makers to shape and improve urgent same day care services for everyone.

This research is anonymous, so if you complete this survey, no one will know.

However, if you would like to talk with us in more detail about urgent same day care by taking part in an online focus group, there is space at the end of the survey to leave contact details if you are interested.

Fill in the survey if you or a loved one used emergency services between 30th September and 10th October:
