Discover Llais
Our Discover Llais Campaign
Llais are here to make sure the views and experiences of the people of Wales are heard by decision-makers to plan and deliver better health and social care services.
Seven local Llais teams engage with the public to gather their experiences – good and bad – of health and social care services and provide support to make complaints via their complaints advocacy service. They then work with local NHS and social care services providers to make representations, responding to the things that matter most to people in the communities we serve.
Because they’re a statutory body, NHS organisations, local authorities and third sector care providers have to listen and have a duty to promote the work of Llais.
- Our #Discoverllais campaign
Discover Llais is our campaign to increase awareness of what we do by encouraging more people to explore our four core duties on our website. In addition to print and radio advertising, our social media content schedule will include bite size information explaining the following ways of working:
• OCTOBER/EARLY NOVEMBER - Complaints advocacy
• END NOVEMBER/DECEMBER - Engagement
• JANUARY - Representations
• FEBRUARY - Promotion
Please find in this toolkit social media posts and digital asset to include copy in your
newsletters, share content via your social media channels, or display our digital posters in waiting areas.
